The Starting Point

- Copy strategy: Speaking directly to experienced traders, not beginners — using the archetype-based messaging we've refined across dozens of accounts
- Landing page: Complete overhaul focused on a single conversion action
Phase 2: Optimization (Month 3-4)
By month 3, we had enough data to make aggressive optimization decisions:
- Cut underperforming ad sets within 48 hours (not 2 weeks)
- Shifted 65% of budget to Meta after seeing stronger unit economics
- Introduced video ads featuring real trader testimonials
- Built custom audiences from high-value converters — segmented by persona clusters, not just "all purchasers"
Results at month 4: 5.8x ROAS with $45K monthly spend.
Phase 3: Scale (Month 5-6)
With proven creative and audiences, we pushed the throttle:
- Increased monthly spend to $85K
- Launched lookalike campaigns at 1%, 2%, and 3% thresholds
- Introduced Google Performance Max campaigns
- Added retargeting sequences for cart abandoners
Results at month 6: Nearly 12x ROAS on Meta, 7.2x blended across all channels.
The Takeaway
